is a new, sustainable mixed-use development located within Carlsbad Village just steps to transit, restaurants, shopping and world class beaches.  The project includes 50 for sale condominium units and approximately 3,700 square feet of ground floor neighborhood retail space in one five story building located at 840 Carlsbad Village Dr.  The project will replace the former union bank that closed in 2023.  The project includes 8 units of affordable housing reserved for moderate and very low-income households.  Parking will be provided for all residential units on the ground floor, including electric vehicle charging stations. 

The project is compliant with the City of Carlsbad General Plan and the Village and Barrio Master Plan, both of which designate this site for mixed-use development.
